Kristen Cipriani - Staff, Children and Families |
I graduated in 2003 from John Carroll University in Cleveland with a Bachelor of Science
degree in psychology. Currently, I am a second year social work student at Case with a
concentration in child/adolescent mental health. My previous field work at Case was at The
Children's Aid Society in Cleveland, working in a group therapy and residential treatment setting
for emotionally disturbed children. In the past, I have also interned at Michael's House in
Chagrin Falls, a center for grieving children, and have done volunteer work with the Make A Wish
Foundation, various tutoring programs, and a "buddy swim" program for developmentally disabled
adolescents. Taking part in the Early Intervention Traineeship has been a great learning
experience, and I am very excited about working with the responsive teaching program this year!
